 Baked Stuffed Lobster Tails are a special treat and Maine Lobster Direct offers FOUR 5-6 oz. (ave) tails with 8 oz. gourmet style seafood stuffing (2 oz. per tail).
These fresh harvested tails are flash frozen (uncooked) and arrive at your door with our "homemade" gourmet stuffing and instuctions for preparation and cooking. To prepare, thaw tails and cut lengthwise, butterfly open, add 2 oz of our seafood stuffing, place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 22 min. For a "crunchy" presentation, place tails under broiler for 1 min. more.
These baked stuffed tails can be served one per person as a "surf and turf" dinner, or double up for an outrageous gourmet lobster dinner.
