Hot Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat, fresh or canned
2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese such as Philadelphia
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 heaped tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Dash of garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup milking
Sweet chilli sauce for dipping
Preparation
Mix the crab meat and all the other ingredients and heat in a saucepan over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is bubbling.
Keep stirring to ensire the bottom does not burn, and add more milk if necessary to make the crab mixture creamy.
Serve the hot crab dip over a fondue to keep warm, and dip bread, crackers or sliced raw vegetables into the mixture.
