Crab Rangoon Recipe

The quantities given in this recipe will make three to four dozen crab rangoon triangles.
Ingredients
1 pack won ton wrappers
1 can crabmeat (4 oz can)
8-12 oz. cream cheese
2 diced green onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Egg white
Oil
Preparation
Beat the cream cheese with a fork until soft. Incorporate the (drained) crab meat, diced onion and garlic powder.
Put a teaspoon of the mixture into the centre of a won ton wrapper and fold over to make a triangle. Seal the edges with egg white. Lift the two corners together and pinch.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce, and/or hot mustard.
